The Rhubarb Pie recipe

For a pie in a normal-sized pie dish:
100 g butter / margarine
1 cup (~ 1.5 dl) powdered sugar
2 egg yolks (save the egg whites in another bowl!)
2.5 cup (~ 3,75 dl) wheat flour
3/4 dl milk
1 tablespoon baking powder

Blend and put in the pie dish.
Add rhubarb, cut in small pieces (ca 1 cm in cube) - how much is up to you. ;)
Bake about 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
Beat 2 egg whites to stiff and then stir in 2 dl powdered sugar, little by little.
Spread the meringue mixture on top of the baked pie.
Bake until the meringue is ready (about 10 min) at 150 degrees Celsius.
Serve warm or cold - with ice cream or custard.
